As a courtesy, we assist in verifying whether your insurance covers chiropractic and massage therapy services, and we will submit claims to your insurance company. Additionally we encourage you to verify your insurance benefits so that you understand what is covered by your plan.

Elective Services


If your insurance does not cover services at our office, or you are seeking elective or wellness care, we offer wellness treatments at affordable prices. Massage therapy is available in packages (of 3, 5, and 10 sessions) at discounted pricing.

Our chiropractors are in-network with the following insurances:

MAXWELL MASSAGE PLLC

Our massage therapy practice is out of network with most insurance:

  • Joey Babauta, LMT is in-network with Regence, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and HMA

  • All of our therapists are out-of-network (OON) with all other health insurance

  • We collect our hourly rate up front and can submit an OON claim for you. If your plan has OON massage benefits then you may get reimbursed.

  • We accept FSA / HSA funds for massage.

  • All of our therapists accept Motor Vehicle Accident and Worker’s Compensation (L&I) claims
