Our team of experienced licensed massage therapists will provide you with a variety of techniques to best suit your specific condition or need. Our massage therapists are skilled at both medical and relaxation massage. Whether you are seeking pain relief and healing from a soft tissue injury, or massage for tension and stress, we’ve got you covered.
We offer effective massage therapy techniques suitable for relaxation and wellness, or for pain from car accident and work injuries, sports injuries, tendonitis, pregnancy, headaches, and muscle aches from postural imbalances and postural stress.
Prenatal Massage Therapy: If you are pregnant, please inform us so that we may schedule you with one of our therapists that offers prenatal massage! We do require a doctor’s prescription for massage during the first trimester.

Teresa Manz, LMT
Teresa has been a licensed massage therapist since graduating from Cortiva School of Massage in 2015 and she received her BA in Health Psychology from Western. She specializes in deep tissue massage and myofascial release techniques. While she treats a range of conditions, she is well-versed in treating the neck and shoulders, postural imbalances and overuse, and whiplash and work injuries. Teresa excels at breaking up scar tissue and very dense or chronically tight muscles.

Evelyn Root, LMT (formerly Nerea)
Evelyn graduated from the Cortiva Institute for Massage in Seattle, where she specialized in neuromuscular techniques and deep tissue massage. Evelyn has experience using a variety of massage techniques, as well as Reiki, and she has previously worked as a lead therapist.
Evelyn’s massage style is more active and movement-based than a traditional massage: she provides stretching and joint motion techniques that relax muscles through neuromuscular reflexes. She believes massage can be therapeutic and feel amazing.

Since graduating from Cortiva Massage Institute in 2017, Alison brings to the table a massage that is the best of both worlds: intuitively therapeutic and deeply relaxing. She excels in providing muscle-specific deep tissue massage. She has experience working in both spa and clinical massage therapy settings.

Caitlyn Glinski, LMT
Catilyn graduated from Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts in 2019. Their goal as a massage therapist is to help clients feel more at ease in their bodies so they can heal with the least pain possible. Caitlyn's style is relaxing but therapeutic and they especially enjoy working on trigger points in the low back. They also have experience working with pregnant clients.

Olivia San Diego, LMT
Olivia San Diego is a native Seattleite who graduated in 2018 from Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts. She specializes in gentle therapeutic Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, cupping, and providing aid to stiff joints due to postural imbalances. She’s experienced with Reiki, Gua Sha, and Thai-inspired stretching techniques. Olivia believes that stretching can truly be the key to living a more enjoyable life.
